Tragedy struck at Savcılı Beach, located 60 kilometers away from Kırşehir city center at around 6:00 PM. Mustafa Balcı reportedly jumped into the water to cool off.
However, he hit his head on a rock and was unable to resurface for about 15 minutes. Upon realizing the situation, authorities were notified and gendarmerie, medical, and search and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. After an extensive search, Balcı's lifeless body was retrieved from the water. His relatives suffered from extreme distress as his body was pulled out of the water. Following a medical examination, it was determined that Balcı suffered a heart attack after hitting his head on the rock. His body was transferred to Kaman State Hospital morgue for an autopsy. The gendarmerie has initiated an investigation into the incident.
